Refund Policy

1. Returns

All items are made-to-order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged, email  syndrmwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
     
  • Photos of the defect
     

We’ll review and send a replacement if approved.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cannot be stopped.

4. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll work our manufacture to investigate.
