We partner with our manufacture for fulfillment. Delivery times vary based on location.
SYNDRM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and visuals on this site are owned by SYNDRM.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or resale is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

SYNDRM is not liable for damages resulting from use of the site or products beyond the purchase price.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Returns

All items are made-to-order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged, email syndrmwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
Photos of the defect

We’ll review and send a replacement if approved.

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cannot be stopped.

4. Shipping Issues

If an order is lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll work our manufacture to investigate.
